By joining my Member's Area, your
are agreeing to these terms whether you have taken the time to read them or not.
Anyone who violates these terms will have their membership terminated and will no
longer allowed to use any of my graphics.
There will be no refund if
membership is terminated due to violation of my terms.
I have the right to
make alterations to my Terms as and when I please.
These revised Terms
will apply to all past and present memberships and it is your responsibility to
read my revised Terms.
I do not claim copyright on any
graphic that I did not draw from my own imagination.
All my graphics were
mouse drawn by me unless otherwise stated, any resemblance is purely a
coincidence.
If you need clarification on any of my terms please contact me.
*Do not share your username
and password with ANYONE.
*Your membership is for one site ONLY.
*You must have a WORKABLE site to join. No "under construction"
sites and no Live Journal,
*Your site must be family friendly.
*You must let me have
access to your protected area if you have one. This is not to use your graphics but
to check that my terms are not violated.
*You must have a membership
page and your membership logo must be displayed before your account is
activated.
*You must have 3 codes on your site, "no right click",
"disable image toolbar" and "no drag and drop".
*You will gain access after your site has been checked, payment has been received
and membership logo is display.
*Once payment is received there will be
no refund if you change your mind.
*I will not be sending out renewal remainders for membership
expiration.
*Lifetime membership is for the lifetime of Pixel Sweeties, not my
lifetime.
*Graphics are drawn using PSP 9 and Animation Shop 3.
All graphics will come in psp format only.
*Paypal payments will only be accepted.
*You may use my tubes for the
purpose of email stationary, websets, adoptions, premades and sigtags
for profit or non profit.
*Do not share the tubes with non members
including family, friends, forum, groups or email.
*My tubes are not for commercial use offline and you must not make CDs,
offline stationary, clothing etc from them.
*Do not offer my tubes "AS
IS",
you must add more than one tube and text to them.
*Do not make any changes to my tubes such as resizing, recolouring, or
alter them in any way. *You can however, animate them (such as making them wink)
and mirror and flip them.
*DO NOT change the filename of the tubes. The filename MUST stay
intact!
*All my base tubes must be coloured and clothed before you use them.
DO NOT offer my bases clothed with my accessories as tube packs.
Use your own imagination!
*Do not claim them as your own.
*You may use my outlines (after coloured) for the
purpose of email stationary, websets, adoptions, premades and sigtags
for profit or non profit.
*Do not share the outlines with non members
including family, friends, forum, groups or email.
*My outlines are not for commercial use offline and you must not make CDs,
offline stationary, clothing etc from them.
*Do not offer my outlines "AS
IS" or my purchased lines "AS IS",
you must colour them, add more than one tube and text to them.
*Do
not make any changes to my outlines such as resizing, chopping, or
alter them in any way. *You can however mirror and flip them.
*DO NOT change the filename of the
outlines. The filename MUST stay
intact!
*Do not claim them as your own.
*My Outlines: After
tubing my outlines, credit with - "tubes by (your site), outlines ©
Pixel Sweeties"
*My Tubes: "Tubes © Pixel Sweeties"
*My
Membership Tubes: "Tubed by Pixel Sweeties, oulines © (original
artist)".
*My "AS IS" Outlines: This means the "AS IS"
lines I have bought, when tubing them, credit with "Tubed by (your
site), Lines purchased by Pixel Sweeties, lines © (original artist)".
*Sigtags: credits do not need to go on the actual tag itself but
a text link to Pixel Sweeties with do using the same credit terms as my
tubes.
*Always link graphics back to
http://pixelsweeties.com.
This can be done either by using my logo or a text link.
*Do
not claim them as your own.
*Do not alter them in anyway!
*Do not offer them to anyone, send them to
this site so that they can read my terms.
