Terms Of Use Please take time to read my Terms of Use very carefully.  By joining my Member's Area, your are agreeing to these terms whether you have taken the time to read them or not.  Anyone who violates these terms will have their membership terminated and will no longer allowed to use any of my graphics.  There will be no refund if membership is terminated due to violation of my terms.  I have the right to make alterations to my Terms as and when I please.  These revised Terms will apply to all past and present memberships and it is your responsibility to read my revised Terms.

I do not claim copyright on any graphic that I did not draw from my own imagination.  All my graphics were mouse drawn by me, pixel by pixel unless otherwise stated.

GENERAL TERMS

Do not share your username and password with ANYONE.  If you co-own a site, you must not share any content from the members area with your co-owner.

You MUST have a website to join my members area.  Your site must be a family friendly site to use any of my graphics. I have the right to terminated your membership without refund if your site is no longer family friendly after joining.

You will only gain access to the Members Area after I have visited your site to ensure that it falls under my Terms and once payment has been received. It is compulsory to join my Update Group to receive updates and to gain access to your membership logos. Your membership logo MUST be displayed on your site within 48 hours, if this does not happen within the time limit I will kindly email you only ONCE. If this email is ignored I have the right to terminate your membership without refund.

I will not be sending out renewal reminders therefore it is your responsibility to keep up to date with your membership renewal date. 

You must continue to display a logo and a link back to this site if you continue to use my creations after your membership expires.

Lifetime Memberships are lifetime of my site! Not my lifetime or your lifetime! As long as I have a pixel site, all Pixel Sweeties Lifetime members will always have a membership.

All graphics have been drawn in PSP 9 and come in psp and gif format. Please ensure you are able to use these formats before joining

TUBES & OUTLINES

You may use my tubes and outlines for the purposes of e-mail stationery, websets, adoptions, premades, and sigtags for profit or non-profit, however DO NOT put them onto CD, etc and sell them that way.

Tubes are for your use ONLY. DO NOT share them with non-members, family, friends or through groups and e-mail.

Do not offer my tubes in the original form. You MUST add something to them. Adding just text is not enough!  All my base tubes must be coloured and clothed before you use them.  DO NOT offer my bases clothed with my accessories as tube packs.  Use your own imagination!

All my lineart must be coloured before you use them.  DO NOT offer them in tube packs unless you have purchased a tubing license. This includes AS IS Lineart.  

Do not make any changes to my tubes such as resizing, recolouring, or alter them in any way. You can however, animate them (such as making them wink) and mirror and flip them.

DO NOT change the filename of the tubes and outlines. The filename MUST stay intact!

DO NOT make lineart out of my tubes and claim them as your own.

When using my tubes your must link back to http://pixelsweeties.com either using a banner or text link.

I may have additional Terms to my tubes. These will be stated clearly on the page that I am offering them.

TERMS FOR LINKWARE

Always link graphics back to http://pixelsweeties.com.  This can be done either by using my logo or a text link.

Do not claim them as your own.

Do not alter them in anyway!

Do not offer them AS IS, you must add something to them, text is not enough except for the blinkies.  You must credit this site always.  And what you make from them must not be offered to gain profit.
